Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 April 2026
1. Introduction and scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Simpelweb video chat platform ("Platform"), accessible at simpelweb.site. By using the Platform you fully accept these Terms.
2. Account creation and age requirements
The Platform is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. By registering you confirm that you are an adult. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3. Conduct rules
When using the Platform you must not:
- Approach minors, show or exchange sexually explicit material, or behave in ways that could harm others;
- Show weapons, drugs or other illegal items;
- Intimidate, threaten, harass or stalk other users;
- Unlawfully store or distribute personal data of others;
- Use automated systems (bots) without prior written consent.
4. Safety and protection of users
To ensure a safe communication environment and protect all users, the Platform uses automated systems to detect, prevent and combat abuse, harmful behaviour, illegal content and violations of these Terms. These systems may process, analyse and — where necessary for the purpose — temporarily store image, sound and text messages during sessions for a maximum of 30 days.
By using the Platform you acknowledge and accept that:
- communications during sessions cannot be considered private or confidential;
- automated systems may analyse, classify and, where necessary, interrupt or terminate sessions;
- in case of serious violations content may be retained for investigation by competent authorities or specialised partners in the protection of minors;
- processed content is used solely for safety purposes and is never commercially exploited.
This processing takes place pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract — safe service delivery) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — protecting users and third parties from abuse).
5. Content of conversations
You are responsible for the content of your communications. The Platform does not act as editor but reserves the right to immediately remove, block or hand over content that violates these Terms or the law.
6. Reporting abuse
Every user has access to a report function during sessions. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
7. Sanctions
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, the following measures may be taken: warning, temporary suspension, permanent account removal, IP blocking and reporting to competent authorities.
8. Appeal procedure
Any sanction can be appealed via the appeal procedure. Appeals are reviewed by a different moderator than the one who issued the original decision, within reasonable time.
9. Liability
The Platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure safety and availability, but provides no absolute guarantees. Any liability is limited to direct damages to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time via the account settings or by contacting us. The Platform may terminate accounts in case of violation of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a banner on the Platform.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will preferably be resolved through dialogue, failing which by the competent courts of the Brussels district.
